I am constantly designing prints on the computer, but I tend to leave them in
digital form as I have not come across a way of making them into prints with
inks that are in any way as permanent as etchings or woodcuts. Someday the
technology may arrive, until then I will just keep storing the images on
cd-rom.
I have recently printed some of these onto Lana Pur Fil 100%
cotton paper, with very soft tones.
One thing that I do know is - jpeg files make fountain fills look rubbish,
the original tiff files look great compared.

Designs based on an idea I had during the Iraq war. At the height of the bombing there was an article on the BBC Today program about how we should be killing magpies because of all the damage they do to small birds. See the woodcut Magpies to see how this image developed.

I will eventually work these up into woodcuts.
