sixteen etchings

Sixteen Etchings were originally planned as illustrations to the Communist Manifesto. The first four images are based on four destroyed paintings. When the etchings are arranged in a square they can be read both horizontally and vertically.

Designed, etched, typeset, printed and bound by the artist. Printed on BFK Rives Velin Cuve paper. They were made as a portfolio of etchings presented in a card sleeve with hand set type.
